Earlier this month, the Toronto-headquartered company that links both changed its name from Brookfield Asset Management Inc. to Brookfield Corporation. Their other offices are in New York City, Dubai, London, Mumbai, São Paulo, Sydney and Shanghai.

One of the world’s largest alternative investment management companies owns the 1,386 km-long East West Gas Pipeline transporting gas from Kakinada (Andhra Pradesh) to Bharuch (Gujarat).
